Montana Jordan, who played George Cooper Jr., got a scar when Veronica Duncan punched him in Season 2, Episode 11 of Young Sheldon.
In the episode titled A Race of Superhumans and a Letter to Alf, Georgie asks Veronica if she is free on saturday.
It turns out she will be getting baptized and George says he will also join in. She expresses her joy on being cleaned of her sins.
Georgie agrees, adding they can stir out fresh sins later, causing Veronica to feel awkward.
On Saturday, Georgie joins Mary’s bible study group in order to spend more time and get close to his crush, Veronica.
In the church, Veronica get baptized by pastor Jeff Difford. Georgie stands there wide eyed as he watched her take the holy dip.
Georgie also dives into the holy water in order to show off in front of Veronica, but while coming out, he gives tight hug to her in front of whole church.
After that, Veronica punches hard on Georgie’s face, which later caused a big, noticeable scar.
By the end of day, Georgie gets grounded and questioned by Mary Cooper. She asks,
